Christina Abdel Ahad studied law at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (LL.B.) and later obtained two Master of Laws degrees — one in International Human Rights Law at Indiana University and one in International Business Law at the Lebanese American University.
Her human rights studies covered:
international criminal law;
international crimes;
protection of fundamental human rights.
Building on this, she works on matters where human rights and transnational criminal justice intersect:
extradition cases;
requests to delete INTERPOL Red Notices;
preventive legal strategies;
protection of clients’ rights in international legal cooperation.
Her aim in every case is twofold: to defend the client’s procedural position and to make sure their human rights are respected at all times.
Christina is also experienced in corporate and commercial work, preparing and reviewing share purchase agreements, statements of work, arbitration agreements and documents for corporate transactions and wealth management.
As a result, she can assist clients with business issues as well as with criminal justice matters.
She is a native Arabic speaker with professional English and French — an advantage for clients whose cases involve several countries and languages.
