Your responsibilities:

Providing legal advice on financial law

Representing clients in financial institutions and courts

Conducting legal analysis and developing a defense strategy in financial disputes
Advice on compliance with regulatory requirements and regulations

Skills and knowledge:

Higher legal education
A lawyer’s certificate
Experience in the financial sector for at least 3 years
Excellent knowledge of financial law, banking law and investment law
High level of analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of information
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and financial institutions
